We are always pleased to welcome visiting ringers to Swanton Morley tower.

There is always a warm welcome awaiting visitors who who join us on our Friday night practice, which starts at 7:30pm. It is however advisable to e-mail before visiting to make sure that there is nothing different happen that week; occasionally the practice has to be moved due to activities in the church, or may start later as a result of quarter peal being rung before the practice. We try to publish all changes on the website.

Alternatively if you are wanting to visit the tower outside of our usual practices as part of an outing or to ring a quarter or peal at Swanton Morley please contact us through e-mail to discuss dates and tower fees.

Swanton Morley is just over 3 miles away from Dereham and about 18 miles away from Norwich. The village is well sign posted off the A47 as well as off the Fakenham to Norwich Road (A1067).

The church is located on the B1147, Town Street (the main road between Dereham and Bawdswell) adjacent to the village green and sign, opposite the turning for Robertson Barracks. (You cannot miss the tower!)

There is plenty of car parking to the South of the church, which is shared with the bowls club next door.
